. . . then it's not our fault!

Our site is built for HTML compliance, uses PNG images with alpha transparancy, HTML objects (rather than images, in some places) and sundry other features. In particular, as a research and development company we do not cater to the countless bugs and short-comings of broken browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer whose poor support for images, non-existant support for alpha transparency, ugly handling of HTML objects, and broken CSS implementation are only outdone by dozens of critical security flaws.

For these reasons we suggest the use of more modern and far more secure browsers, such as Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, or even the text-only browser: Lynx (practically any browser, in fact, other than Microsoft Internet Explorer).

And in all fairness, the old Netscape 4.x browsers are rather crummy, too, in this day and age. But the new Netscape browser is really based on Mozilla, so you're good with that one, too.
